The outside world does still affect our future, but not necessarily control it. We have a pretty good discussion about how outside forces affect our future. What truly affects and determines our future? What are your thoughts?
We must figure out the balance just like we have to balance when we learn to ride a bike. We each learn and achieve balance differently. You can’t tell someone how to balance, it just takes practice.
Lizabeth gets off topic a little bit when she talks about body shapes. It’s a discussion you don’t want to miss! Tell us how you are finding your balance between the inner and outer worlds.
Please share your isights and wisdom below so we can be fed by you. Also, ask others to join us in this study so we can see from their perspective too.

Shreem,

Thank you for a fun-filled learning experience. I love the back and forth between you two and the humor you add to each video. You are relatable and I love it.
As for Day 23 I agree with the idea of balance between my inner and outer worlds. I believe that looking at and changing those old beliefs (I’m not worthy, good enough…etc) that have been filling my subconscious mind is the most important thing to do in changing my outer world. Those old mantras become self-fulfilling prophecies. The outer world will create those less than desirable conditions to prove what my inner world is believing. If we are able to create a new story (I am worthy, I’m enough…etc) then our outer world will be filled with more joy, happiness and balance.
Thanks Pam! I totally agree!
