We try to apply these beliefs to our lives and our experiences. Can others make us mad? Or is it all in our thinking? How are our emotions and thinking related? Our emotions help us to realize that something is right or wrong. We discuss how to get rid of our triggers and how to deal with our emotions. Forgiveness is a daily practice which leads to correct thinking and helps us get rid of the triggers and bad emotions.
Our illnesses and sickness come through this wrong thinking as well. When we change our thinking we change our health and wellness. When we change our thinking we change our lives.
We can’t blame things in our outer world on the bad things that happen in our lives. Our thinking is what matters and makes a difference.
