The Four Spiritual Laws of Prosperity Day 34 Chapter 8 Feed Your Spirit

We feed our Spirit in lots of ways such as following our Guidance, interesting videos and show, Church services, songs, and spending time in nature. We’ve found that cutting out negativity is one of the greatest things we’ve done to feed our Spirit. We also watch TV deliberately instead of just turning it on and flipping through the channels.

We can feed our spirit with good or bad. What are you feeding your spirit? Is it serving or hindering you?

Reading quotes, making these videos, reading your comments and discussing these topics with friends helps us to feed our spirit with really good stuff!

    Wow, I was spiritually fed watching this video and responding. When I came back deleted rather than maximizing. Ugh, probably did need to edit, long comment. Lizabeth your energy contagious on this one 🙂 Appreciate hearing steps you have taken to surround yourself with those are kindred spirits, including on facebook. I am not on often, yet have some friends who consistently post affirming pics, etc. I too experience a huge difference and ability to be positive when tuned in. It is like having a buffer to better cope with “outside conditions”. I notice I am much better observing negativity in others and less aware of self critical remarks or complaints until they are out of my mouth. Linda and I reframe for each other.
    To center myself I remind myself to Breathe, take a moment to notice nature or other beauty around me. What is becoming a great habit is being present when I observe human interactions which are amusing, warm hearted or unique in some way. What word did Cindy use, date instead of deadline. Had not considered how negative the word is. Being someone who tends to procrastinate rely on dates to complete tasks or projects. So why is it so difficult for me to assign dates to my goals? This just occurred to me HMMMM.

    • I have found that it is easier to fight the war over negativity if I can eliminate it as much as possible in my surroundings. I quit watching the news as well. It never made me feel better and I have not missed it at all! It is amazing how I can also pick myself up more quickly when I have positive people around me. It wasn’t until I started looking to eliminate the negativity in my life that I realized how much was truly there. It has been an eye-opener!
