We talk about why some people seem to remain calmer than others. We discuss how we succeed at remaining calm. We both agree that we deal with things by separating from the situation when we have emotion.
Cindy says she cries when she gets angry and she HATES to cry. Lizabeth has trouble knowing what to do when she has emotions.
How do you handle emotion? Do little things bother you? Do you have problems with control? How do you remain calm?
We also discuss what we are going to try and tackle to practice remaining calm. We have some things we have procrastinated on that we are going to jump into. We’ll let you know how it goes.
