I’ve included more of our discussion with Mallory from yesterday about her weight struggles as a teen and what she’s found helpful. Once we got her started talking, she didn’t want to stop!
We also include more of David, our personal trainer. He talks about motivation, a lifestyle of fitness, how to find a good trainer, and how we need to balance exercise and diet as well as the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual aspects of life so that they work in harmony.

How is it going with the gym? No pressure, just wanting to let you know I am interested! I love the gym. NEVER thought I’d hear myself say that! I even did the exercises in my own living room today because we are snowed in. There are definitely some great changes in me!
Don;’t know why I got up early today. Study Group isn’t for a couple hours. I want to applaude Mallory for her good information and growing confidence during the years when it is so difficult to discover who you are. It was funny hearing her talk about big feet after I posted something about big feet and body image.
I feel really great this morning and think I will make a visit to the gym. I’ll let you know how I do. The movement will make you stronger and increase your endurance and who wouldn’t want that?
David has given some really sound advice and I appreciate his addition to this series.
