Giving Credit Where Credit is Due

ProsperityI want to get something straight up front on this blog.  When I say anything of importance, it’s definitely not my idea.  I have learned from the best teachers.   And even when my stuff is original and of any importance, I must give all credit to God alone.

Most of my prosperity wisdom comes from Edwene Gaines, the best prosperity teacher on the planet.  She has been my mentor and friend for the better part of the last year.  I try to make it to Rock Ridge Retreat at least once a month to sit at her feet, learn from her and the other people there, and to walk on fire.  It always proves to be a moving, exciting, and empowering weekend.  I also attended her Master Prosperity Teacher Training which gave me the wisdom, courage and confidence to move forward in my Prosperity Coaching business.  It has also inspired me to start this website and blog.  I HIGHLY recommend her book, The Four Spiritual Laws of Prosperity. Thank YOU Edwene!

I must also give a lot of credit to Bob Proctor.  I have been in his coaching program for since December of last year (2011).  His teachings have been invaluable in helping to conquer my fears, dream big, and achieve my goals.  Many of my ideas and beliefs about living my best life NOW come from him.  He has inspired me to do things I could not have done without his weekly coaching.

Next on my list of Great Teachers would be Tony Robbins. He should be credited with waking me up first.  Years ago, I heard him late at night on an infomercial.  I bought what he was selling, “Personal Power“, a 30 day program to change my life.  Change my life, it did.  I have been a huge fan of Tony’s every since.  He has been instrumental in helping me create this life I love.

Another HUGE influence on my life has been Jerry and Esther Hicks with their teachings from Abraham. I subscribe to their CD’s and listen to them several times each month.  I can’t begin to explain how their teachings have contributed to my life.  This is not easy listening for some, but I always seem to get exactly what I need through Esther.

Robert Kiyosaki has been a great influence when it comes to business, working from home and educating my children.  His book, “Rich Dad, Poor Dad” really opened my eyes to a lot of things about life and our education system when it comes to money and business. His book, “CASHFLOW Quadrant” changed helped me start my business and his CASHFLOW game taught me more about money, investing and passive income than I’d ever been taught before.

There have been many others who deserve an honorable mention.  Their teachings have been invaluable in forming my beliefs, opinions and dreams.  Their books and teachings have changed my life in some way as well.  These authors/teachers would be Wallace Wattles, Charles Fillmore, Catherine Ponder, Napoleon Hill, James Allen, Ernest Holmes, Rhonda Byrne, John Randolph Price, Julia Cameron, John Maxwell, Jack Canfield, Ali Brown, Lisa Sasevich, Brian Tracy and many, many others.

I am forever grateful to all these wonderful people who have been such a huge part of my life.  Most of all I am grateful to God for teaching me so many life lessons and for bringing all these other wonderful people into my life.  I am thankful for the Bible which has given me such an inspiring foundation.  I am thankful for my family and friends who have taught me so much without even knowing they were doing so.  And I most thankful for YOU for listening to me and teaching me even when you don’t say a word.  Through my writing and my teaching, I learn the most.  You are the reason I’m writing this today.  You may never know just how important you are in my life.

If I can somehow inspire you, half as much as this great list of people have inspired me, my goal will be accomplished.

I’m sending you MUCH love,
